As we increasingly hear how the human race is destroying the planet, we thought a vivid contrast to this would be how many of us revere the planet – for all of its wonder and glory.

Whatever you call it – the World, Terra, Gaia, or even the Blue Marble – it is our universal home – and our only one. By capturing it in pictures, we acknowledge its splendor and, in essence, give thanks for being such a fantastic place.
